Hudson Henley
Hudson Henley grew up in Garland, Texas area after having been born in Northern California. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Political Science and continues to take an active interest and role in politics. He is an avid physical fitness enthusiast and traveler.
Hudson’s legal career began with his acceptance at the University of Texas School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class in 1991. After graduating from law school, he gained practical experience in civil litigation with two different law firms before deciding to start his own practice at the ripe age of 29.
Geoff Henley
Born in Dallas, Texas, Geoff graduated from South Garland High School in 1988 before attending the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, Geoff was Editor of The Daily Texan before graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Government. Afterward, he went to New York where he received his master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Journalism in 1994.
Geoff then returned to the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained is juris doctorate in 1996. During law school, Geoff clerked at Austin Minton, Burton, and Foster & Collins for two years. After passing the bar, Geoff moved to South Padre Island and joined the Cameron County District Attorneys’ Office in 1997. During his tenure at the district attorneys’ office, Geoff began as a misdemeanor prosecutor rising to become the Misdemeanor Supervisor, and then ultimately a First Chair Felony Prosecutor. During his four years as a prosecutor, Geoff tried more than a 100 cases to a verdict, including two capital murders, two murders, several sex offenses and a variety of drug and violent offenses, including a world-renown animal cruelty case involving a fatal dog stoning. Geoff’s greatest achievement during this period, though, was a capital murder conviction he obtained in a case without a body or any forensic evidence indicating death. In spring 2001, Geoff returned to home to Dallas and became partners with his brother, Hudson. Since 2001, Geoff has tried criminal and personal injury actions in Texas and California. He is admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court and other courts of the state. He has also been admitted to practice before the Northern District and the Southern District of Texas. Geoff’s practice areas include personal injury, toxic torts, nursing home litigation and criminal defense. When he is not aggressively representing the rights of some injured client, Geoff enjoys reading, writing and weightlifting.
